Return & Refund policy

If you receive incorrect products, please contact us at info@lunett.com and include a photo of what you received, the invoice and a contact number. We will ship you the correct order, no problem.

Using a menstrual cup can be a leap of faith as it is quite a different concept to the disposables you may be used to. We recommend you allow at least 2 to 3 menstrual cycles to become familiar with insertion, removal and the general use of a menstrual cup.

Please email us with any questions not found on the website at info@lunette.com and we can help you out.

If it clearly does not work out for you, after giving it a fair try, we can refund your purchase or even send you another size of cup for example. We will not give up making it work for you.

As the cup is an intimate product to be worn inside the vagina, you do not need you to return anything. If the product is NOT USED, and you really do not want to try it, we suggest you give it to someone in your Sisterhood. If you USED IT, but it did not work for you, we encourage you to keep it and keep trying even in combination with any new product received.
